CMBS Loan Against Town East Mall in Texas Gets Another 6 Months
The $119.24 million CMBS mortgage against the Town East Mall in Mesquite, Texas, has been extended by another six months, through June. The loan originally had matured in 2022, but its owner, Brookfield Property Partners, had exercised its extension options.
