a portfolio of three industrial properties totaling 228,118 square feet in the Lyons Technology Center in Coconut Creek, Fla.
Properties in the portfolio are the 82,630-sf 4611 Johnson Road, which was built in 2004; 4811 to 4911 Lyons Technology Parkway, with 98,000 sf, also built in 2004; and the 47,488-sf 4701 Johnson Road, which was built in 2003.
