Morrison Group has bought the 146,544-square-foot Habersham Village shopping center in Cornelia, Ga. Vanguard Associates Inc. of Atlanta sold the retail property, which it had purchased out of foreclosure in 2017. It's fully occupied by T.J.Maxx, Bealls, Michaels, and Planet Fitness.
