Ohio Retail Property Gets $31.8Mln Floating-Rate Loan, Sans Rate Cap
Arena Investors has provided $31.8 million of financing against the 506,870-square-foot Market Square at Montrose retail property in the Akron, Ohio, suburb of Fairlawn, Ohio. In an unusual twist, the loan, arranged by BWE, didn't require an interest-rate cap.
