The Irvine, Calif., investment manager purchased the property from a venture of Echo Real Estate Capital Inc. of Chicago and Grandview Partners of Greenwich, Conn., which was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
Landrock LP and Pendulum Property Partners bought the property, which was built in 1986 and recently underwent a $14 million renovation. It is leased by 19 tenants that have a weighted average lease term of 4.2 years.
