The property is fully leased to tenants that include Deciphera Pharmaceuticals, Boston Dynamics and ElevateBio.
Rockland Trust Co. has provided a $25.9 million loan to help fund Tritower's acquisition. The three-story building, which opened in 2000, is 78 percent leased.
Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce provided a $79.9 million loan to help fund the acquisition.
87 percent leased.
The buyer funded the purchase with a $49.18 million loan from East Boston Savings Bank.
