The property was 70 percent occupied as of July. The property serves as collateral for $11.6 million of debt that's securitized through JPMorgan Chase Commercial Mortgage Securities Corp., 2007-CIBC18. THe loan went into default more than four years ago.  

Annapolis Commerce East

99 percent leased. First Potomac assumed the $9 million of mortgage debt that encumbers the property. The debt is securitized via Bear Stearns Commercial Mortgage Securities Inc., 2004-PWR5. It carries a fixed-rate of 5.71 percent and matures in 2014.
