The assets were part of a 119-building portfolio in California's Silicon Valley that Rreef had acquired in 2006 for more than $1 billion.
Fully leased. The property backs $23 million of debt that is securitized through Bear Stearns Commercial Mortgage Securities Trust, 2006-PWR13. The loan pays a 6.31 percent coupon and matures in September 2016.
LinkedIn fully leases the building. And Kilroy paid $106.1 million for the neighboring 12-acre site at 555 North Mathilda. It would construct a 587,000-sf office complex on the site, which LinkedIn has already committed to lease.
